セレックとは？

セレックとは、3D光学カメラで撮影した口腔内のデータを基に、セラミック製の詰め物・被せ物をコンピュータ上で設計・製作するシステムです。
従来のセラミック製の修復物は、歯型を技工所に送り、技工士が製作していたため、時間・制作費・人件費がかかっていました。セレックシステムならお口の中を撮影するだけで、精度の高い詰め物・被せ物を院内で製作することできます。これにより、最短1日でコストを抑えた治療を受けられる先進的な医療技術です。
セレックのメリット

セラミックは表面がツルツルしているため、金属やプラスチックに比べて歯垢や歯石などの汚れがつきにくいのが特徴です。また、他の素材と比べて腐食などの変質も起こりにくいため、一度治療すれば、長く美しく使用できるのがセラミックの大きなメリットです。
即日修復が可能
症例によりますが、セレックシステムなら、最短1日で新しい詰め物・被せ物を装着することができます。
従来のセラミック製の修復物は、技工所に外注するため型取りから装着までに1～2週間を要します。その間、患者さんには仮歯で過ごしていただくなどご不便をかけていました。
セレック治療は院内ですべて完結するため、「1デイトリートメント」が可能です。
リーズナブル
セレックは院内のコンピュータ上で設計・製作するため、技工所への輸送費、技工士の人件費がかかりません。そのため、従来よりも治療費を抑えることができます。
品質が良い
コンピュータ上で設計・製作する修復物は精度が高く、患部にぴったりと接着して歯と一体化することができます。耐久性も高く、透明感のある白いセラミックは変色・変形しにくいのも特徴です。また、さまざまな色のセラミックブロックがありますので、元の歯の色に合わせて選ぶことができます。
心身ストレスの軽減
これまでは詰め物・被せ物を製作するには、粘土のような印象材を口に詰め込み、噛みしめて型取りをする必要がありました。この工程は、嘔吐反射のある方に限らず、不快に感じる患者さんも少なくありませんでした。
セレックでは3D光学カメラで撮影するだけで、口腔内のデータを短時間で精密に読み取ることができます。
またセラミック素材は金属を一切使わないため、金属アレルギーの心配もありません。長い時間をかけて金属が体内に溶け出し、影響を及ぼす不安もありません。
治療の流れ

スキャン（型取り）
むし歯になった部分を削り、3D光学カメラで患部を撮影します。撮影は数秒で終わることがほとんどです。撮影データはモニター上ですぐに確認していただけます。

詰め物・被せ物の設計
撮影したデータを基に、コンピュータ上で修復物を設計します。
The dental prosthesis is then created as a 3D model on the computer.

詰め物・被せ物の設計
設計図を基に、専用の機械(ミリングマシン)がセラミックのかたまりから修復物を削り出していきます。すべてコンピュータ制御で行うため、精度の高い修復物がスピーディーに完成します。

お口の中にセット
完成した詰め物・被せ物を、特殊な接着技術で患部に装着します。
撮影（型取り）から装着まで、ほとんどの患者さんが90分程度で完了します。

What is CEREC ? -
・A WHITE FILLING
You have three choices of white fillings. First, we can use composite resin. We can either pack the resin directly into the cavity after anesthetizing and cleaning the cavity. Or we can take an impression and make a resin filling in the laboratory. These are both covered by insurance. The third choice, that is not covered by insurance, is the filling made of ceramic.
To compare Resin fillings with Ceramic fillings, Resin fillings are lower price but more fragile than Ceramic fillings. We have experienced lots of cases that resin fillings can not be withstood by pressure of occlusion.
・WHAT IS CEREC ?
We have purchased the newest machine for making ceramic restorations and Digital panoramic & 3D hybrid X-ray system this year, January 2019. Its name is CEREC MCX, but we call it CEREC 3D. It is quite clever and uses CAD/CAM technology. You can watch your restoration directly being made while waiting.
After we have prepared the cavity, we take an optical impression of the cavity. We design the shape of the restoration using special software. A ceramic block is placed in a separate milling machine and cut to the required shape. It takes about an hour in total. When the restoration has been made, it is glazed and is then ready to be tried in the cavity.
Finally, we use a special adhesive resin cement, which cements the ceramic restoration in place. That is why we made it possible with CREC 3D that you can have Esthetic Ceramic Crown in your Single Visit.プロフィールはこちら
